MOVIE SCREENING

The Department of Political Science organised the sceening of the movie 'Airlift' on 19 August 2016. The movie depicted the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait and the subsequent events on domestic and international level. Many issues of International Law regarding the belligerent occupation, acquisition and loss of state territory, state responsibility towards the citizens and aliens, stateless position and neutrality were seen and understood through the movie. It was a very enriching experience for the students of Political Science in general and International Law in particular.
