Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

CO122: Formulate various personnel administration strategies that align with organizational goals and are fair, transparent, and merit-based

CO123: Construct a budgeting framework that reflects organizational objectives and priorities while adhering to budgeting principles

CO124: Create a comprehensive understanding of the budgetary process in India, including its stages and stakeholders involved.
