Objective: 

The objectives of this course are to:

1.     Acquaint with the theories, approaches, concepts and principles of Public Administration

  1. Familiarize the students with the classic contributions and new research perspectives in the field of public administration
  2. Enhance their understanding and ability to analyse recent trends in the field.
  3. Provide students with learning experiences that develop broad knowledge and understanding of key concepts of Public Administration

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

CO55: Identify the integral mechanism of Public administration, including the theories, organization, and management of human resources

CO56: Critically engage various disciplinary perspectives and theoretical approaches to the study of public administration

CO57:To examine the recent issues in public administration in the light of theories and approaches learnt.

 CO58: Understand and implement the various principles of organisation for the effective administration

Interactive Lectures, Discussion, Tutorials, Reading assignments, Power Point Presentation

Self-learning assignments, Effective questions, Seminar presentation, Giving tasks.
