Objective: 

Course Objectives: The objectives of this course are to create awareness regarding current trends, issues and research as related to various aspects of International Relations; inculcate an interdisciplinary / comparative approach to research; updating knowledge in pertinent areas of research; acquaint the students with research methodology; and orient the students to the techniques of documentation.

Dissertation (Practical)

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

CO151:  Employ advanced research methodologies and techniques to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively for their research.

CO152: Evaluate key political theories, concepts, and frameworks, demonstrating an understanding of their historical context and contemporary relevance, and apply them effectively to analyze and interpret political phenomena in their work.

CO153: Demonstrate originality of thought, depth of analysis, and rigor in argumentation, integrating theoretical insights with empirical evidence

Approach in teaching:

Discussion and Solving of Practical Problems, Practical application of research techniques through field visits and preparation of reports
