THEORY OF ALIENATION AND POLITICAL DEVELOPMENT

The department of political science organized a guest lecture on Theory of Political Alienation and Political Development on 18th October 2013. Professor Amita Agarwal, Head, Department of Political Science, Sikar, delivered the lecture in which she discussed the various aspects of Political Development and views of Karl Marx in the theory of Alienation. It was a very enriching session which covered the various components of Political Development which included equality, capability and differentiation. The purpose of the lecture was to ponder over the concepts and theories of Political Development and Alienation.
